Online bidders are required to make a $100.00 cash deposit for bidding approval for online bidding.
$10 Background check fee for up to 5 guns will be charged to the buyer.
Buyers please remember that it is the Buyers’ responsibility to view & inspect the items being offered at auction and verify all information to their satisfaction prior to bidding.
15% Buyers Premium – 10% Buyers Premium if paid by cash or approved check. Sales tax will be charged on firearms, ammunition and all other items being sold. Shipping will be provided at the expense of the buyer. All Firearms must be shipped to a Licensed FFL Dealer near you, if needed. Winning bidders ask your FFL Dealer to email a copy of their license to tkpage@frontiernet.net. For our local customer, Page Realty and Auction will perform the background for you. You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun and 18 years old to purchase a Long gun. We will not Ship firearms or ammunition to California, or out of the country. We do NOT accept C & R Licenses for firearm shipments. Page Realty and Auction is a platform to bring sellers and buyers together. These firearms do not belong to Page Realty and Auction. Page Realty and Auction has not fired any of the firearms. We do not know of any issues with any firearms other than obvious inspection finds or what the seller tells to us, which we will pass along in the description. We STRONGLY recommend you have any and all firearms checked by a qualified gunsmith before attempting to fire them, regardless of physical appearance. All Guns and Ammo will sell as is-where is with all faults.
